Payment & Shipping


We ship Nationally and Internationally. Depending on the weight and volume of goods we can deliver via Australia Post.

We also arrange with companies to Air freight or Ship freight depending on the weight and volume of the  goods.

This depends on the Postage rate and plan you have selected, if you have selected express post then this usually takes 48 Hours Nationally.

International Items usually take 10 business days via normal post. Items are subject to weight and volume, please do contact us for further information.

Yes! We do ship internationally but please note that products are subject to weight and volume, do contact us in order to analyse the shipping method in more detail.

Yes! If the product is faulty or has been damaged during shipping. We do take responsibility in order to get the product to you as ordered ,  simply contact us in order to resolve any problems that may occur. Contact Christianna Geka using the contact page and we will respond within 24 hours.

No, products come and go and new products are introduced, however, items usually take 5 days to manufacture, therefore very minimal time in order to get the right product to you.

No, no credit card information is handled by us, on this site or stored on the server. All transactions are made by direct Bank Transfer where an Invoice is generated with a product and client ID.

We bank with National Australia Bank.
